Northern Districts Little Athletics Centre has been active for 30 years and is affiliated with the Little Athletics Association of NSW.

Our season runs from September to March on Saturday mornings at Foxglove Oval, Mt Colah. We cater for athletes ranging in age from 4 to 17.

We encourage all children to do their best in a supportive, well supervised environment. Our aim is for children to develop skills in running, jumping, throwing and walking in a fun atmosphere with education and training available.

Happy NDLAC athletes met Melinda Gainsford-Taylor at Mt Kuring-Gai Public School - Aug, 2011

Commonwealth Games Medal winner & Olympian Melinda Gainsford-Taylor met with the students of Mt Kuring-gai Public School in August 2011 as part of Little Athletics NSW's school visits program promoting Little Athletics as a great summer sport choice for kids. Students who are also current Northern Districts Little Athletes proudly wore their NDLAC uniforms to have their photo taken with Melinda. Well done team!

Northern Districts would like to thank all the schools in our area who took part in the LAANSW School Visits program, the team from LAANSW, and those lucky NDLAC parents who also attended on behalf of our Club. Great work!

Wet Weather Cancellations (BounceBack SMS)

You can now use your mobile phone to get up-to-date information on whether our competition meetings or training sessions are on or not. The website will still be updated if an early decision has been made to cancel competition or training. If you are on the move or don't have Internet access, you can find out the conditions at Foxglove by simply texting one of the unique codes below to 199BBSMS (19922767). Within 10-20 seconds you will receive an SMS text advising the current state of play. The message can instantly updated by committee members at Foxglove as conditions improve or deteriorate.
