Information for Northern Districts competitors (all information below is subject to change):

  • Please wear full NDLAC uniform, including white socks.  You are required to have your Centre registration number (front of shirt) and age and Coles patch on your singlet / top.  Check the NDLAC Season Handbook for further details including compression wear, spikes (If you are wearing spikes - Only Christmas tree spikes permitted!!) and more.

  • NDLAC aims to have a couple of blue tents set up to the west of the grandstand. The tent is a wonderful place to base yourself for the weekend, with all the Northern Districts families, but note, we may not have shade cover for all athletes and their families, in which case please either grab a spot in the stand or make sure you are well protected by the sun. Seating in the stand is on a first come, first seated basis. Bring cushions if you like your comfort!

  • Parking is in the grounds of the Centre but all parking close to the entry is usually taken very early in the morning. Prepare for a short walk if you arrive after 9am Sat / Sun, a longer walk if you arrive after 11am. (Please do not park in spaces marked as reserved for Academy clients and users of other facilities there.)

  • It is essential that you Check-In with the NDLAC Team Manager AT LEAST 1hour before your event.  Arrive with plenty of time to check-in.  The available program has track event times listed.

The first events marked with * - start at 8.30AM Sat / SunFirst call for those events is at 8.10AM.

    MARSHALLING
Athletes must listen to marshalling calls and respond to the first call.

Each event will receive two marshalling calls. The first call will be made 25 minutes before the event start time. The second and final call will be made 7 minutes later. This call will also state that the marshals will close that event in 3 minutes time, with no athlete entries taken after that cut off point. This allows adjustments to be made in the event of multiple athletes withdrawing.
  • Entry fee to venue is $4.00, athletes & children under 18 free. No pensioner concession

  • This year, there will be no NO HARD COPY PROGRAMS SOLD.  CLICK HERE FOR THE CURRENT TRACK PROGRAM OVER BOTH DAYSCLICK HERE FOR THE CURRENT FIELD PROGRAM OVER BOTH DAYS.

  • Bring plenty of water and snacks. Wear a hat and sunscreen!  The canteen will be open from early on and there will be a BBQ too!

  • Competition is on regardless of weather. Yes, that means rain, hail or shine! (LANSW Lightning Guidelines/Heat Policy will be applied if necessary.)

  • See this image for details on the correct patches and correct location for uniforms (to avoid possible disqualification).    Please contact our uniform officer: Catherine Ashley: theashleys27@optusnet.com.au if you are unsure or need clarification.
